The Post Office advises waiting 4-6 weeks before inquiring about an order. This is as good a rule of thumb as any, because frankly - after sending out thousands of packages over the years we've yet to find in any rhyme or reason in the way things work at the Post Office. We've seen packages of the same weight sent to the same destination on the same day with the same amount of postage arrive weeks apart.
That's a hard one to answer because 1) they aren't 'our' tapes - we are not in the business of manufacturing videocassettes (even our exclusive videos are manufactured by an outside agent). We buy tapes from dozens of sources around the world, and 2) all videotapes are 'dubs' (even if they are advertised as 'masters') in that they are copies of something - be it 1-inch videotape or 3/4-inch videotape - depending on the manufacturer.
Again, this depends on the manufacturer (see above). Some tapes come in 'generic' packaging, some in 4-color cardboard sleeves, some in plastic clam-shell boxes with B&W or color artwork. Sometimes tapes arrive at our offices with no box of any kind (!), in which case we provide packaging.

Not if we can help it! To the best of our knowledge, all items offered for sale are either made available by the respective copyright owner and/or their licensees or are in the public domain. Owners are encouraged to report unauthorized material so that we can promptly remove it from our listings.
There is actually no XXX 'rating' - it is merely a convention that has developed over the years to indicate films of a sexual nature. For that matter, almost none of the 'X-rated' films you see are really rated X. It costs quite a bit of money to submit a film to the MPAA for a rating, and adult films are obviously going to get an X rating anyway - so producers have skipped the process for the most part. Most of the adult films available on VHS are in fact 'unrated.'
